As the earth begins to thaw and the Sun arcs higher in the sky, we seek movement to stir from the stillness. Our eyes peer towards the light; our limbs outstretch in slow unfurl like the new buds on trees and roots deep beneath. We, too, transition from Winter into Spring and rest into action with creative and steady focus. Qigong is ancient wisdom that reminds us that we come from nature, our continuous teacher, and flow with the cycles of the seasons. It offers gentle movement unified with vital breath and inner awareness that supports holistic harmony with the elemental wisdom of Spring.

About your Qigong Instructor: Monalisa has served as a rehabilitation nurse nearing two decades. Realizing an integral piece of the human condition was missing from modern medicine, she discovered the power of Chinese medicine. Qigong aligns with her love and connection to Nature and its teachings. She aims to help others become empowered by their given gifts and innate capacity to heal themselves, to enhance their vitality, and to live in harmony.

About your Gongstress:
Jen has delved into both the medical and holistic healing arts for more than a decade. As a former registered nurse, her sound and yoga offerings are uniquely catered to the energy of the moment, room, and recipient(s) as learned through ample bedside experience; refined deep listening; and, keen awareness. Her soul purpose is to facilitate space for rebalancing the collective nervous system by quieting noise and the monkey mind through soothing sound, silence, and stillness. Jen knows it is imperative for the recipient to feel safe, warm, and comfortable so that they are able to release and surrender into their journey of restoration. It is her honor to hold this space for opening and depth. It is also her honor to share these potent, ancient modalities with the global community.
