Deeper meaning, understanding & Purpose behind Sacred Sound, Silence & Stillness
Stones are masterful, embodied teachers of sacred sound, silence & stillness. Stones are unnmoved by the day-to-day. They simply sit still & listen, silently. In this, Stone beings are anchoring & grounding frequencies into the Earth.
As this retreat is deepening in meaning, understanding & purpose with each session, Stones or Earth is highlighted in the important teaching of being and allowing.
The Autumnal vibration hibernation retreat of Sacred Sound, Silence & Stillness is the beginning of your hibernation with purposeful intention. During peak foliage season at such a peaceful & supportive space, we will mirror the transformative yet gentle power of releasing & letting go like the leaves from the trees. Weather permitting, we will enjoy a bon fire immersed in the crisp air that season lends.
This retreat program is a personal wellness check-in. It serves as a nervous system reset. It is always alive and in the moment for the energy that is present. It is also ever-evolving based on the trainings and spiritual practice I delve into, which is ever-expanding in the direction of grounding, peaceful skills and experiences.
There are two past attendees that attended this format retreat with me more than once and noted how their baselines, compared to the last were at a greater threshold (higher resiliency to stress, greater ease in surrendering to relaxation, for examples). Their experience this time was also palpably deeper and furthering down their alignment.
Consistently following this type of work is a path for a life of greater sustainability in a chaotic modern world.
This retreat is also a great checkpoint to how you are within your wellbeing, resetting again and going deeper.

Woman to Woman Retreat with Caron's Treatment Centers
A day of connection, reflection, and renewal. There is something powerful that happens when women gather with openness, honesty, and a willingness to grow together.
Overview “One of the most beautiful sounds that I have ever heard is the sound of a beautiful, strong woman’s voice once she has discovered her true worth. She sounds empowered… she sounds confident… but most of all… she sounds free.” —Unknown
We are pleased to host our fourth annual Women to Women Retreat, a gathering dedicated to connection, reflection, and the power of women supporting one another. While many women in our community are connected through recovery, all women are welcome, regardless of where they are on their personal journey or what has brought them to this space. This retreat offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and spend time in meaningful conversation and shared experience with others. Recovery and personal growth are ongoing journeys that invite reflection, curiosity, and renewal.
Throughout the day, participants will engage in fellowship, hear from an inspiring keynote speaker, and take part in interactive workshops and mindfulness experiences designed to support insight, well-being, and authentic expression. Together, we will create space to listen, learn, and support one another—while celebrating the strength and wisdom that emerge when women gather in community.
