What qualifies me to Support your Restorative Journey?

*Nearly 20 cumulative years (my entire adult life) of professional safe space holding within medical & holistic arenas

Both conditions of Dementia & Autism require a communication of reading between the lines; anticipating & responding to needs in an individually catered way that are often unspoken.  This has tremendously helped formulate my sensing and responding energetically within sessions and general client care.

  • Receiving Registered Nurse degree & licensure in 2015.

During my active time as a nurse, I worked at the bedside on the Covid-19 floor during the pandemic before leaving at the end of 2021. Serving afflicted people during this scary, highly stressful time of unknown brought a greater capacity to how I provide safe space and assurance.

Not to mention, hours upon hours, days, weeks & months of bedside nursing care.

Personally:

Highly sensitive & intuitive nature from birth

Extensive exploration of various restorative modalities & sound events around the world, influencing by discernment my own style of space holding

Continual immersion & reflection within my own spiritual life, living as authentically from that lens as possible

An endlessly faithful servant to this calling

Professionally:

Medical

12+ years direct nursing care experience in the hospital & long-term care

  • Most notably specializing in Memory Support

My first role was a companion.   For 7 years, working from 2-10pm meant that much of my job was literally walking alongside the "wandering" confused, scared, lonely, angry, pleasant, lost souls. The approach required a sense of hypervigilant calm, safety and peaceful assurance, otherwise you would startle and agitate the condition of the person.

This is the foundation of how I approach everything today.

Within this timeframe, I also specialized in supporting people with Autism and their families as an ABA therapist in the home setting.  This was a role I held for 5 years among a wide range of ages.

Holistic

Above all, I am a devotee, celebrant & steward to the resiliency of the human spirit

Jen has devotedly delved in both the medical and holistic healing arts for nearly 2 decades. She was born highly sensitive, intuitive & connected with the subtlest of energy shifts (it drove & still drives her family nuts!) Her sound immersion and craniosacral services are informed by this innate skill & yearning to find peace and balance coupled with many years of bedside nursing. As a result, each session is uniquely catered to the energy of the moment, room, and recipient(s). Jen understands it is imperative for the recipient to feel safe, warm, and comfortable so that they are able to release and surrender into greater depths of restoration. It is her highest honor to hold this vulnerable space

Her mission is to provide safe space for restorative & rebalancing of the nervous system by quieting noise in the monkey mind through coherent sound, safe space and quieted stillness.

Chronologically speaking…

At age 19, I first felt the spirited bliss of yoga, the gateway to my chosen restorative modalities.

By 22, I was facilitating hatha practice with my 200-hour RYT.

By 24, I experienced my first gongbath with Mitch Nur of 9ways Academia, directly opening my ears to the profound nature of sound experiences.

By 26, I was a registered nurse. I received monthly private sound immersion sessions to optimize my energy levels and manage stress.

30, my first instrument found me: Camilla, my beloved handpan by Rebecca of Spirit Handpans.

At the end of 2021 I abandoned nursing, a career that no longer served my highest good and a career that I could no longer stand behind with integrity.

At 33, I had a full-circle moment and participated in a world-renowned Gong Immersion Training through Mitch Nur of 9ways Academia.

In 2025, I began my exploration and facilitation of Craniosacral Therapy taking CS1 & 2 with Upledger plus various mentorships with craniosacral biodynamics.

2026 marks even deeper explorations into these restorative modalities to which I have devoted my life.

When leaving nursing, I had no clue I would have the honor of connecting with my purpose. This is providing safe & warm space for the sensitive facilitation of sound immersion and craniosacral work.‍ ‍

It is in total gratitude that I am able to live my mission of alleviating the suffering of others whom I encounter on this miraculously creative earth during such a turbulent time.
