Meet Jen
Sound facilitator
Former Registered Nurse
yoga instructor
Craniosacral therapist
Jen has delved into both the medical and holistic healing arts for more than a decade. As a former registered nurse, her sound, grounding yoga and craniosacral therapy services are uniquely catered to the energy of the moment, room, and recipient(s) as learned through ample bedside experience; refined deep listening; and, keen awareness.
Her soul purpose is to facilitate space for rebalancing the collective nervous system by quieting noise and the monkey mind through soothing sound, silence, and stillness. Jen knows it is imperative for the recipient to feel safe, warm, and comfortable so that they are able to release and surrender into their journey of restoration. It is her honor to hold this space for opening and depth. It is also her honor to share these potent, ancient modalities with the global community.
At age 19, I first felt the spirited bliss of yoga.
By 22, I was facilitating hatha practice with my 200-hour RYT.
Now I have over a decade of yoga teaching experience with emphasis on integrating the stillness of yin and soulful expressions of the seasons.
In my mid-twenties, I experienced my first gongbath with Mitch Nur, opening my ears to the depths of listening in life.
By 26, I was a registered nurse. I received monthly private sound immersion sessions to optimize my energy levels and manage stress.
30, my first instrument found me: Camilla, my beloved handpan.
At the end of 2021 I abandoned nursing, a career that no longer served my highest good and a career that I could no longer stand behind with integrity.
In my mid-thirties, I had a full-circle moment and participated in a world-renowned Gong Immersion Training through Mitch Nur of 9ways Academia.
In 2025, I began my exploration and facilitation of Craniosacral Therapy.
When leaving nursing, I had no clue I would have the honor of living out my soul purpose of intentionally offering inner peace and harmony through the warm facilitation of sound immersion, grounding yoga practice and craniosacral therapy.
It is in total gratitude that I am able to live my mission of alleviating the suffering of all beings whom I encounter on this miraculously creative earth during such a turbulent time.

Here is my Mission:
So often in Western care our spirit is forgotten.
With every session I offer, the Spirit is remembered, acknowledged, held and nourished.
Our society is absurdly over-paced. Our nervous systems are intensely over-burdened.
It is my highest calling to afford the conscious individual reprieve from this for a sustainable lifestyle of balance for self and Mother Earth.
Sound immersion attracts our mind, emotions and soul giving us true reprieve from our anxious, monkey mind. Sound takes us for a trip into the Ethers.
Yin yoga facilitates embodiment, grounding and connection to being on this Earth now in this body.
Individually or Combined, these modalities ground and transcend through all layers of our being.
The intent is to soothe the soul, relax the body, calm the mind and bolster your entire being.
