3 Gongs gong bath in a wooden acoustical haven <3 My intention is to provide this space and community with an effortless reset, offering peace and stress relief during the season of darkness, reflection and hibernation.  Since the meetinghouse has been used for 300 years to provide safe space for people to devote to Spirit or God and go inward, it feels like the perfect place for people to receive this deeply cleansing and relaxing modality of sound immersion. The space itself is sacred with the elements intrinsically integrated. Spending Sunday mornings in silence here has become an imperative aspect of my routine in deep listening, reverence and community. I am grateful for the honor and opportunity to share sound here!
