What is Sacred Soundflow?
A two-hour journey that begins with ecstatic dance—a freeform practice where movement flows naturally to music, without structured steps or rules, while all remain silent on the dance floor. This is followed by an immersive sound bath, with intention to create a meditative space for deep relaxation. It’s a complete cycle of energy and tranquility, merging high-vibration movement with peaceful, restorative stillness—like the transition from day to night.

What is Cacao ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is a traditional Mayan ceremony where they believed the cacao bean restored balance and supported connection to the divine. We will be sipping cacao in gratitude to create community, open our heart chakras and support chakra clearing through meditation practices led by herbalist Jake from Harner’s Herbals!
