What to bring and how to prepare:
BYO yoga mat or camping pad, pillow, two blankets (one blanket is for between you and the floor and one for over you) & any additional comforts or supports such as eye pillows and bolsters. Err on the side of extra! We will be OUTSIDE for this event, so please plan accordingly. Your physical comfort is optimal for you to be able to release and let go. Arrive early, give yourself plenty of time to settle in. Use the bathroom. Take care of your needs fully so that you can receive full relaxation benefits from the soundbath.
In the event of inclement weather, this program will be moved indoors to the McConnell Hall classroom.
