Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing practice for the body and liberation for the subconscious. Laying the entire time, you are comfortably supported by bolsters and swaddled with blankets to truly embody warmth and security for this still yet sometimes wild ride. We will end with a gentle gongbath to rinse and return to our bodies. Come prepared to rest and open. All levels welcome and encouraged to receive much needed rest of consciousness.
