My sound repertoire (when traveling, one gong, handpan, crystal bowls, chimes, drums and more! At sound studio, everything is used)

Bolsters for comfort and support

Personally handmade eye pillows filled with organic lavender for deepening your relaxation.

Every detail is intended to set-up each recipient for an effortlessly deep relaxation and stress relief.

Set-up begins 15-30 minutes before session (when traveling to you)

Sound immersion is 60 minutes in duration then ample time for silence and integration, allowing people to naturally return to their bodies, ask questions and share of their experiences. This usually takes 15 minutes.
