Wellness Event.. Mobility, Movement, Nutritionist Expert, Meditation, Journaling, Soundbath all on an amazing Chester County Property. A true treat for yourself.
What to expect @ Wellness Retreat:
We will begin the day with check-in between 9 - 9:15 am. The address is 890 West Strasburg Road. Do not use Waze, any other map app will work for directions.
Upon arrival continue down the long driveway and find parking at the top where you will see a fenced in area.
Make your way down to the pool house where we will begin our morning with a warm welcome, coffee, tea, and a light breakfast.
We will then head to the barn for an opening circle to have a brief introduction to the agenda, receive our journals that will accompany us throughout the day, and set the tone for an inspiring retreat.
Kicking things off in the barn with a mobility session. Please dress comfortably as the barn has no temperature control. Barn cats will not bother us but if you have allergies I recommend taking your medication. Bring a blanket and a pillow to insure your comfort.
After feeling relaxed and empowered, we will move back to the pool house for a dive into a nutrition lecture by Jennifer Barr at Downingtown Nutrition. She will provide practical insights to fuel our bodies and set us up for long-term success.
Lunch will then be served. Please let me know if there are any food allergies.
After lunch, we will take a mindful walk, where we will have the opportunity to reflect, journal, and reconnect with ourselves mid nature's tranquility. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
We will make our way back to the barn to finish our day with a soothing Sound Bath, helping us release stress and cultivate inner calm.
The day wraps up with a closing circle, offering us the opportunity to share experiences and to leave feeling inspired, supported, and ready to continue our journey towards a healthier you.
