Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing practice for the body and liberation for the subconscious. Laying the entire time, you are comfortably supported by bolsters and swaddled with blankets to truly embody warmth and security for this still yet sometimes wild ride. Simple sound will be offered intermittently through the duration and we will end with a gongbath to return to our bodies and also release some of the deep layers of our being we experience crop up during the yoga nidra time. Come prepared to rest and open. All levels welcome and encouraged to receive much needed rest of consciousness.
