What is Sacred Soundflow?
A two-hour journey that begins with ecstatic dance—a freeform practice where movement flows naturally to music, without structured steps or rules, with an imposed silence while on the dance floor. This is followed by an immersive sound bath, with intention to create a meditative space for deep relaxation. It’s a complete cycle of energy and tranquility, merging high-vibration movement with peaceful, restorative stillness—like the transition from day to night.
Meet Kick Stranger
Roberta, also known as Kick Stranger, has always been captivated by rhythmic sounds. Surrounded by a diverse range of genres growing up, she fondly recalls her first album—the iconic Saturday Night Fever soundtrack—playing it on repeat and losing herself in its infectious disco rhythms. Despite her early love for music, Roberta chose to professionally pursue her other passion: art. After college, she went on to build a successful career as a Graphic Designer. In her spare time, she set out to reconnect with and deepen her bond to the hypnotic sounds of house music. Embracing her passion for sound, Roberta found her true calling as a Producer & DJ. Roberta founded Kick Stranger as a creative outlet to dive into sound design and share her boundless passion for dance music. Whether behind the decks or in the studio, Kick Stranger is on a mission to find sounds that spark joy into her world, then weaving them together into a vibrant sonic rainbow of transformative happiness to share with others.
Kick Stranger's Intention:
During our time together at Sacred Soundflow, my intention is to immerse your being in healing rhythmic sounds, helping you release emotions that no longer serve you and lightening your spirit. Through the movement of dance, I hope to lift any heaviness, allowing you to float effortlessly on the sonic waves of joy created by my carefully curated DJ set. Once your heart is recharged with light, I will gently guide you into a place of comfort, where you’ll be placed into the healing hands of Jen Who Plays the Gong.
