Tune inward. The intention is to recollect ourselves, silently reflect and notice what may have shifted within from the Total Solar Eclipse.

We will begin with smudging, clearing + introducing ourselves followed by a 90 minute sound immersion. After the sound immersion, space will be left for enjoying tea and light refreshments, silence in my sacred room for peace, connecting with like-minded friends and/or being outside. We will end with a delicate Yoga Nidra session with intent to soothe the subconscious and deeper layers of our being.
